Refund policy

Due to the unique nature of artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at store.mayasgallery@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We strongly recommend recording the unboxing process, as this will help us process any claims efficiently.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If you would like a different item, please place a new order.
